Godi Dosa (Wheat Dosa)

Wheat means Godhi in Kannada. It is a very healthy breakfast option. If you are bored of the regular masala dosa this is a welcome change. We use whole wheat grain for this dosa. It needs to be soaked overnight or else it becomes hard to grind it.

Ingredients:

Whole grain Wheat     1 cup (soaked overnight)
Salt to taste

Procedure:

Grind the whole wheat grain in a blender to make a fine paste using water. Add salt to taste.

On a medium flame pour the batter in a circular motion to make a dosa.

Once the batter is poured turn the flame to low and allow the dosa to cook. Turn over and let it cook on the other side. Once cooked remove and serve it with green chutney.
